A Grade-II listed Victorian hotel in the heart of the New Forest National Park in Hampshire has hit the market for £8.5m.
Its owners, the Shammas family, appointed Knight Frank and Simon Stevens Associates to sell the 41-room hotel in the village of Burley.
Burley Manor Hotel is set in six acres of gardens and grounds in the heart of the New Forest.

The property is also being sold with the opportunity to expand to have 48 rooms as it has planning permission for two more bedrooms and five garden suites.
The hotel, which dates back to 1852, is steeped in character with many of its original features on show, with exposed beams, stained glass windows and ornate features.
Set in an idyllic ancient woodland, heathland and open forest in easy reach of the south coast, it makes the perfect place for a rural retreat.
Located in the village of Burley, just 10 minutes off the A31 to Bournemouth, the village is renowned for its charming character, free-roaming ponies and miles of ancient walking paths.
According to the seller, the estate is a profitable business that welcomes leisure and corporate guests all year round and had a net turnover of £2.9m in the year to December 2025.
The New Forest National Park welcomes over 15 million visitor days annually and the hotel offers year-round accommodation, food and drinks as well as weddings and events.
