Men! You are not alone in coping with stress at work, family, business, colleagues or clients. Their daily challenge is that men need help to be true to themselves, men constantly wear masks to please others; men need to be heard and valued.

Fear not because there is an outlet to get your feelings heard with empathy.

Welcome to the world of Men's Circle—a unique gathering where men come together to share their experiences, emotions, and thoughts in a safe and supportive environment.

Prof. Maurizio Rosini heads Men’s Circle in Malaysia and said the gathering was not for conducting meetings. Instead, it's a place where men can connect deeper and grow together without judgement.

“We as a group of men, are here to help with any issues!! Are you unhappy with the life you are living? Do you feel you have no time for yourself or time for your kids, partners and friends? Are you unfulfilled emotionally? Do you feel overwhelmed and disconnected from life?” Whatever it is, Rosini said their monthly group gatherings were aimed at helping men with any problem.

His full-time job in South East Asia is head of Marketing Communication for France’s Alzette University.

“In our one-hour-plus session, we all sit in a circle with other men, feeling entirely at ease to express ourselves openly and honestly. Here, there are no leaders, no one person in charge—everyone's voice carries equal weight. The focus is on heartfelt communication, listening with care, and offering compassion to one another.

“You'll find emotional support in a men's circle like never before. It's a space where you can talk about your feelings, thoughts, and life experiences without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood. The best part is that attending a men's circle can help you become a better communicator. You'll learn to express yourself more effectively and build deeper connections with others,” Rosini added.

But that's not all—personal growth is at the core of these gatherings. Through shared stories and reflections, you'll gain insights into yourself and embark on a journey of self-improvement.

One of the beautiful things about men's circles is how they encourage empathy. As you listen to other men share their struggles and triumphs, you'll better understand their experiences and build a sense of camaraderie.

Rosini said: “The circle is a judgement-free zone, which means there's no shame attached to discussing mental health or emotions. The more we talk openly, the more we break the stigma surrounding these topics. The benefits continue. The improved communication skills you gain from the circle can positively impact all your relationships. You'll find connecting with friends, family, and partners easier, fostering a more profound sense of understanding and closeness.”

So, if you're looking for a place to connect with other men, share your story, and grow personally and emotionally, Men's Circle could be the transformative experience you've sought. Step into the circle, speak from your heart and embrace the power of supportive brotherhood.
