Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is happy with the impact of Adama Traore.

As the Premier League side struggled in the first half against Manchester United, a chance was forced on them to start the second period.

Matt Doherty came off and Traore got a chance to show his qualities on the right side.

His marauding runs helped his side get back into the game and snatch a point in a 1-1 draw.

"I think he was able to impact the game directly with his actions," said boss Nuno to reporters after the game.

"This is what we expect. This is the idea.

"Sometimes you put a player on and he has an immediate impact and changes the game, giving you what you want.

"Sometimes it doesn't happen, but you keep trusting him, and you give chances to him.

"Matt was struggling in the first half. We needed something there, and he gave us something different.

"He helped the team, we stayed organised. This is what we expect.

"We have options, and this is what it's all about, giving players opportunities to express themselves."
