PSV Eindhoven technical chief John de Jong says Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel will be welcome back.
Van Ginkel was set to return to PSV this summer until knee problems forced the move to be suspended.
However, De Jong said in a question and answer session that Van Ginkel is 'always welcome' in Eindhoven.
The midfielder had three loan spells with PSV, but has not played a match for almost a year and a half due to an extended rehabilitation after a knee operation. Van Ginkel's contract with Chelsea will expire mid-2020.
