10 Units Of Mercedes-AMG A45 S 4MATIC+ Limited Edition Available For RM558,888

The Mercedes-AMG A45 S 4MATIC+ Limited Edition adds some nice paintwork, rims and other equipment packages.

More than a year ago, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia introduced the facelifted range of A-Class sedans and hatchbacks including the flagship A45 S 4MATIC+. Today, they’ve announced local availability of 10 units of the Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ Limited Edition which was globally revealed back in February of this year. Despite having something like RM70K worth of extras, this model is RM49K more expensive than the standard A45S 4MATIC+ in Malaysia.

As a reminder, the A45 S 4MATIC+ gets a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 421 horsepower and 500Nm of torque allowing it to complete the century sprint in just 3.9 seconds and hit 270km/h. The all-wheel drive system features AMG Torque Control.

The Mercedes-AMG A 45 S 4MATIC+ Limited Edition comes painted in AMG green hell magno. What’s more the car features some decals in black and yellow. The decals include a AMG crest on the bonnet plus a large “45S” on the side.

The contrasting yellow accent extends to the rim spokes too while the AMG high-performance brakes are finished in glossy black with white AMG logos. The same logo is found on the fuel cap and is projected under the doors when opened.

Inside, the same shade of yellow is used on contrast stitching on the seats, door panels, and instrument panel against the black Artico man-made leather and Microcut microfibre. “45 S” is embroidered on the front headrests.

The AMG performance steering wheel is wrapped in nappa leather and Microcut microfibre with yellow decorative stitching and aluminium trim elements with yellow AMG lettering.

The AMG door sills illuminate in yellow too. The AMG floor mats also feature “45 S” lettering and yellow contrast stitching to complete the look.

Besides these changes, you also get 3 equipment packages bundled in:

• The AMG Night Package: Striking design elements in black and high-gloss black underline the expressive vehicle character. Included are the front splitter, the exterior mirror housings, and the beltlines.
• The AMG Night Package II: Numerous details make the vehicle an eye-catcher. These include the darkened struts on the radiator trim as well as the black chrome typography on the front fenders and tailgate, the Mercedes star and exclusive to the edition the door handles and the Mercedes stars in the wheel hub caps.
• The AMG Aerodynamics Package: The AMG Aerodynamics Package, developed in the wind tunnel, includes special add-on parts and a fixed AMG rear wing. Together they increase contact pressure and improve driving characteristics at high speeds.

Again, only 10 units are available and they’re priced at RM558,888 exclusively through the online showroom.
