Taobao Malaysia has unveiled its Taobao 11.11 Global Shopping Festival 2026 until Nov 13, offering shoppers free shipping on 400 million items across the platform. Together with the newly introduced Zhang Linghe-themed in-app interface and the Daily Treasure Hunt campaign, the platform makes this year’s 11.11 more exciting, engaging and rewarding for Malaysian consumers.

Those looking to receive their purchases sooner can also upgrade eligible orders to air shipping for a fee, with delivery to select major cities in as fast as five days.
For Malaysian fashion lovers, this 11.11 brings even more reasons to shop, with free shipping available across participating fashion categories. Taobao app users can take part in the Daily Treasure Hunt and earn points by completing daily tasks such as browsing, placing orders or inviting friends earn points. Points collected would allow them to unlock eight behind-the-scenes clips of Zhang, as well as an opportunity to redeem autographed items, limited-edition Zhang merchandise and Taobao red packets.
Zhang will also go live on the Taobao app during the 11.11 period, connecting with fans across markets in real time.

From November 2026, Taobao will partner with J&T Express to progressively roll out more than 1,400 local return drop-off points across Malaysia, enabling shoppers to conveniently return eligible purchases at a nearby location without arranging international return shipping.
This further strengthens Taobao Official Logistics, which provides greater certainty throughout the cross-border shopping journey, from clearer shipping costs and delivery timelines to proactive assistance for parcel exceptions, compensation for lost or damaged shipments, and one-stop customer service.

Ultimately, our goal is to make the entire journey, from discovering a favourite item to completing the purchase, as simple and seamless as possible,” said Taobao Malaysia country head Jess Lew.
