
ISLAMABAD: At least 11 labourers were killed, two injured and three went missing in a bomb blast in the North Waziristan district of Pakistan's northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province, the rescue service reported on Sunday.
According to the reports, the blast occurred in Shawal area of the district blowing up a vehicle that was transporting the labourers.
Following the explosion, law enforcement agencies reached the site and cordoned off the area, said the rescue service.
The two injured were reportedly in critical condition, the rescue service said, adding that a total of 16 labourers were present in the ill-fated vehicle.
