Around 12 men have been arrested by authorities last night, following a viral video of them committing the shocking act at a traffic light intersection in Petaling Jaya.
The individuals were not only blocking other vehicles, but their car envoy, a Toyota Vellfire, was even seen bearing a banner which reportedly had gangsterism slurs written on it.
