Inspired by Jack Rico, a 16-year-old who enrolled and graduated with four degrees at the age of 13, Clovis set out to surpass that record and became the youngest graduate in Fullerton's history.

He completed his studies with five Associate of Arts degrees in History, Social Science, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Humanities and Fine Arts, and Science and Mathematics. Fullerton offers a special program that allows students to attend college while completing their homeschool curriculum. Clovis and his mother were initially hesitant about time management, but their efforts paid off.

"The first question professors and classmates usually ask is about my age. They are surprised by what I have accomplished here and are always curious about my quiz and exam scores. However, after that, I have shown a serious attitude towards my studies; they all believe in my ability and determination to achieve good grades," he said.
