TAWAU: A total of 1,500 employment opportunities were offered by employers from various sectors in Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and Peninsular Malaysia at the 2022 Tawau Perdana Job Carnival at the community hall, recently.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister, Datuk Yakub Khan said the Carnival under his Ministry was the fifth in a series organised by the Human Resource Development Department (JPSM) and the Social Security Organization (Socso).
“From the previous four carnivals held at Sandakan (Jan 23), Kota Kinabalu (March 29), Semporna (May 28) and Kota Belud (June 25), a total of 13,313 vacancies were offered to job seekers.
