SANDAKAN: Thirteen Batu Sapi Parti Pejuang Tanah Air (Pejuang) District Voting Centres (DVC) have folded up over the choice of the party’s candidate and decided to support GRS.
Batu Sapi Pejuang Chief Coordinator Shamdudin Chinu said each DVCs had 15 members and 30 machines.
According to Shamdudin, the work of members at the Batu Sapi branch was overlooked and unappreciated.
“We worked hard to introduce Pejuang here for over a year and nine months yet suddenly someone else was nominated as a candidate without even bothering to discuss with us.
“We decided that our support is deserving to a party that values its members and actually listens to them,” he said.
