Kota Kinabalu: Thirteen people, including two women, were apprehended after being caught red-handed allegedly stealing building materials from a Tanjung Lipat home construction site here.
Two foreigners were among those apprehended, aged 25 to 49, police said, adding the arrests were made at about 3.15pm on Oct 30.
According to preliminary investigation, the building site has been abandoned for the past six years.
