14-Year-Old Chinese Girl Is Missing For More Than 10 Weeks, Police Issue Missing Person Notice

According to reports from Sin Chew Daily and Oriental Daily, a 14-year-old Chinese girl in Malaysia has been missing for about 10 weeks and there has been no news of her since!

Petaling Jaya District Police Chief Shahrulnizam issued a statement on August 6, 2024, stating that the police received a report from the family of the missing girl at 3 pm on August 5, so they hope to use the power of the public to provide information to find the missing person.

He said the missing girl was named Lin Yu Cheng. She lost contact with her family after leaving her home at Dataran Prima Apartment, Jalan PJU 1/42, Petaling Jaya at 3:10 pm on May 25, 2024, and her whereabouts are still unknown.

According to the information available to the police, the girl is approximately 155cm tall and weighs 42kg. She has black hair, yellow skin, black eyes, a flat nose, and thin lips.

The police urge the public to pay attention to their surroundings. If they find the whereabouts of the girl or have relevant information, they can contact the Petaling Jaya District Police Headquarters Operations Room (03-79662222) or go to the nearest police station to provide information.
