
Kota Kinabalu: Some 140 teams are expected to take part in the 8th Sabah FCAS International Dragon Boat Race 2023 this year.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor was briefed on this by the Federation of Chinese Association Sabah (FCAS) entourage led by President Tan Sri TC Goh during a courtesy call at Bilik Danum in the State Legislative Assembly building, here, Wednesday.
Goh informed the Chief Minister that Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin and wife Toh Puan Norlidah Tan Sri R.M Jasni will grace the three-day event beginning June 16.
He also briefed Hajiji on the programmes lined up in conjunction with the National Chinese Cultural Festival hosted by FCAS this year.
