MANILA, Philippines — Puregold opened its 2026 Tindahan Ni Aling Puring (TNAP) Sari-Sari Store Convention on Thursday at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, bringing together a record 150 participating brands as small store owners continue to face rising prices of basic goods.
The three-day convention highlights Puregold’s effort to strengthen sari-sari store operators and other micro-entrepreneurs by giving them direct access to discounted inventory, cashback incentives, and business support programs under one roof.
Puregold President Vincent Co said the company expanded this year’s convention to help MSMEs maintain stable operations and income despite economic pressures.
“This year, the Aling Puring convention is the best opportunity to show our support to MSMEs in the biggest way possible. By bringing in over 150 partners, we’ll be able to provide them the necessary inventory of both staple and emerging brands so that business and income will continue,” Co said.
Thousands of TNAP members flocked to the venue to avail of discounted products and promotional offers, including P88 bundle packs, 25-kilo sacks of rice priced at P999, and cashback rewards through the P-wallet digital payment system.
Puregold said the event was designed as a one-stop venue where sari-sari store owners can replenish stocks while learning strategies to grow their businesses through seminars and networking sessions.
The convention also features performances from OPM artists alongside various product showcases from participating brands in the food, hygiene, and household sectors.
Co said Puregold continues to position itself as a long-term partner of small entrepreneurs.
“At Puregold, we are not just selling products, we are partners of the Filipino entrepreneur. This convention is a testament to our promise that as long as there is an Aling Puring standing strong, Puregold will be there to provide them the best price, quality products and reliable, affordable supply,” he said.
The 2026 TNAP Sari-Sari Store Convention will run until Friday, May 16, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
