A teenager in Johor brutally attacked his brother-in-law while he was allegedly under the influence of drugs, injuring the latter’s back and lungs.

According to Harian Metro, the 17-year-old suspect witnessed his 14-year-old sister and her husband having an argument a day before the attack but did not say a single word.

He then returned to Rengit on the same night and later returned to the victim’s house at 5am this morning (Sept 18) without anyone noticing.
