Kota Kinabalu: There are 18,853 hardcore poor in Sabah registered in e-Kasih as of October this year, said Assistant Rural Development Minister Datuk Seri Ruddy Awah.
Ruddy said this figure is 16.5 per cent of the households registered in e-Kasih.
He also said the government faces various challenges to eradicate hardcore poverty in the State.
