According to an official statement from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), the young man was found on the ground floor after falling from the 12th floor of the apartment. The deceased, who was reportedly known in the area as a "wealthy kid," arrived at the apartment's indoor parking lot driving a black Mercedes-Benz SUV. He later fell to his death, with no immediate signs of foul play identified at the scene.

The man's family, who arrived at the location following the incident, informed the police that he had no financial troubles, mental health issues, or relationship disputes with his girlfriend. These assertions have left investigators questioning the series of events leading up to the fall.
