Chelsea hero Ashley Cole believes new manager Frank Lampard will change the attitude of the players at the club.
Cole believes he is the right man to nurture the club's young talent despite their pre-season defeat by Kawasaki Frontale.
Before the game, the 38-year-old told The Sun: "It's nice, he did a great job at Derby, he's back here now.
"He can bring back that feeling of what it means to put on a Chelsea shirt.
"Hopefully a few more youngsters come through the ranks, they've got the quality there and it's brilliant for fans to see young players come through.
"It's important you integrate people like Jody Morris, he knows the club and the kids.
"Hopefully these guys blossom this year, they've done well and certain players did very well last year so hopefully they get a chance to show it."
