PSG ace Kylian Mbappe has managed to further motivate Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to bring him to Spain this week.
Indeed, Florentino now sees Mbappe's signing as key to extending his tenure as president, says AS.
During Mbappe's hat-trick performance in PSG's Champions League win over Club Brugge, Florentino and his fellow directors were active in their private Whatsapp group.
"Have you seen the exhibition of Mbapp?" enthused Florentino. "In a half he has scored a hat-trick against the same Brugge who put us on the ropes at the Bernabu.
"This is the signing that would set the fans on their feet and I would have be on top for at least ten years..."
Florentino accepts it will take 300m to sign Mbappe in 2020 - a price he would be prepared to pay.
