Club Brugge goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has sent his congratulations to Adrian after Liverpool's Super Cup triumph last night.
On his first start for the club the Spaniard saved Tammy Abraham's spot-kick with his legs to deliver a 5-4 shoot-out success for Jurgen Klopp's side after a 2-2 draw with Chelsea at Istanbul club Besiktas' Vodafone Park stadium.
Adrian effectively replaced Mignolet after the Belgian left last week for Club Brugge.
And Mignolet took to Instagram to reply to Adrian's post celebrating the cup win with the message: Well done mate". Also passing on his well wishes was Adrian's former Real Betis coach Pepe Mel.
