
MANILA, Philippines — Two men were critically wounded in a shooting incident in Quezon City, police said.
Initial report showed that a riding-in-tandem blocked a white car at the corner of Timog Avenue and Edsa and fired repeatedly at the vehicle. Its two occupants, whose identities were not yet divulged, were immediately rushed to the nearby East Avenue Medical Center.
Witnesses told police that the assailants fled toward the Edsa-Cubao area.
Quezon City police told The Manila Times that it would come out with a statement regarding the incident.
