The 2023 Mazda CX-30 is also fully locally assembled

Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd, the exclusive distributor of the Mazda brand in Malaysia is proud to announce that the 2023 Mazda CX-30 crossover is now officially open for booking in Malaysia and is the third production model, after the CX-5 and CX-8, that is locally assembled (CKD) at the Inokom Assembly Plant in Kulim, Kedah.

The Mazda CX-30 is immediately recognisable with its sleek styling, driving dynamics and superior craftsmanship. The car, just like any other Mazda, was designed with the brand’s Kodo – Soul of Motion design philosophy and adds the “Charge and Release” design inspired by the brushwork used in Japanese Calligraphy.

Moreover, the interior of the Mazda CX-30 is extremely refined and offers a comfortable, spacious and quiet cabin with a relaxing atmosphere as well as an optimised speaker layout with top notch and high-quality audio system made to emulate a sound studio.

The interior of the Mazda CX-30 also features a “floating” 8.8 inch infotainment screen in the centre of the car complete with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as a redesigned steering wheel design with the classic Mazda Commander Control Knob on the centre console.

On top of that, the Mazda CX-30 will be made available in four variants, namely the base 2.0L, the 2.0 High, the 2.0L High+ and the 2.0L High+ Premium. This means that regardless of which variant one might choose, the car will still be powered by the same SKYACTIV-G 2.0L 2WD petrol engine.

The Mazda CX-30 is also very safe as it won multiple safety awards and includes Mazda i-Activsense advanced safety features such as the Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Lane-Keep Assist System (LAS), Driver Attention Alert (DAA), Smart Brake Support (SBS) and Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go function (MRCC).

All these safety features will come as standard in the High+ and High+ Premium variant while the top spec Mazda CX-30 High+ Premium variant also adds Adaptive LED Headlamps (ALH), Front Cross Traffic Alert (FCTA), Driver Attention Alert (DAA) with Driver Monitoring (DM) and Cruising & Traffic Support (CTS).

The colour line up of the Mazda CX-30 includes Soul Red Crystal, Machine Gray, Snowflake White Pearl, Deep Crystal Blue, Jet Black, Platinum Quartz and Polymetal Gray. Prices for the Mazda CX-30 start from RM128,109.

All new Mazda vehicles registered come with a 5-Years Manufacturer Warranty and 5-Years Free Maintenance (except for the Mazda BT-50) according to manufacturer’s standards, including labour, parts and lubricants. Both the warranty and maintenance are good for a period of five years or 100,000km, whichever comes first.
