MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) confirmed that a 23rd body was found at the collapsed building at Barangay Balibago in Angeles City, Pampanga.
According to the BFP in Central Luzon, the victim was found at 9:12 a.m.
Two hours earlier, the body of the 22nd fatality was recovered at the site.
Authorities have since shifted to search and retrieval as the operations entered its 11th day on Wednesday.
