In this superficial world, cars are no longer a means of transportation, but also a measurement of social status.
Many would make having a luxurious car a life-long dream and fortunately for this Malaysian man, he managed to fulfill his dreams at such a young age.
Just recently, the Malaysian man named Jack, shared a post about his feelings onto a Facebook group.
In his post, he said, “When I was 19, I drove the Myvi my dad gave me and came to Kuala Lumpur to study. Then, I started working hard in this big city selling card boards for 4 years.”
“I saw my friends studying in prestigious schools, living their life, I had to work really hard to earn my school fees and I studied in Segi,” he added.
“When I turned 23, I managed to save enough money to buy a secondhand car. I bought a secondhand Audi for myself, and I spent RM100k on it. The car made it just for time for my graduation pictures.”
He said that he is now 26-years-old, and that he plans to continue selling card boards and change into a GTI in the future.
Other than selling card boards, he was also a promoter and worked in a bubble tea shop.
Jack has always been very passionate about cars and due to his interest, he managed to meet a lot of friends. He expressed his gratitude that the friends he met are all kind enough to show him around the big city.
“The Audi TT isn’t very expensive, but I saved and worked hard for it. Some may even look down on me, but I think my achievements are as good as any others.”
His hard work has definitely paid off because he now has his very own business to manage alongside selling dragon fruits as a part time hustle.
