Kota Kinabalu: A 25-year-old man was charged with threatening to hurt another man.
Danniel Shah James Shak Ken pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie, Friday.
He is accused of criminally intimidating Seow Kim Chong, 36, by threatening to cause death or hurt at 9.30am on March 22, 2021 at the KK Sri Jaya Motor Sdn Bhd in Jalan Kg Ulu Putatan.
The charge under Section 506 of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to three years or fine of up to RM5,000 or both, on conviction.
