Las Palmas president Miguel Angel Ramirez admits interest is arriving for 16 year-old first teamer Pedri.
Barcelona have made an offer for the midfielder, which would include spending the season on-loan with the Segunda Division outfit.
Ramirez stated, "It is an abnormal situation. We are talking about a 16 year old boy, youthful and with an impressive future, but he has not even played in our second team, in Segunda B.
"We are assessing whether or not it is the time, if the offers are what we want.
"If we really had problems, we would have transferred him. If we do it, it is because we understand that it is the best for Las Palmas."
