Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says Marcus Rashford needs to make more of his experience.
While still only 21, Rashford is now one of the most experienced players at the struggling giants.
Mourinho explained: "He is young, but this is his fifth season in the first team.
"First under (Louis) van Gaal, then under me and now under Ole Gunnar. This is the fifth season.
"It is difficult to find a 21- to 22-year-old who has so many Premier League matches."
