Ottmar Hitzfeld is backing former Bayern Munich and Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger to enter coaching.
Ex-Bayern coach Hitzfeld believes his former player would suit management.
"I think he can be a very good teacher and coach. He has developed, he can withstand pressure and he is good at conveying his message," he told BILD.
"As a player, Bastian was world class. He always had a great tactical understanding and was always very eager to talk.
"I think it would be nice if he gets involved in Bavaria."
