BACOLOD CITY, Philippines — 2GO Travel executives met with leaders from Vallacar Transit Inc. (VTI) recently to spearhead new strategic efforts aimed at integrating sea-to-land travel and enhancing logistics efficiency across the Philippine archipelago.

The meeting focused on leveraging 2GO’s maritime expertise alongside the country’s largest land transport network to provide more seamless connectivity for passengers and cargo alike.

Leading the delegation for 2GO Travel were Business Unit Head Francis O. Chua and Business Development Manager Laurence Albert Orante. They met with key representatives from VTI, including lawyer Collin Derk Isidto, Vice President for Legal; and Ronald Ian Galimba, Vice President for Supply and Logistics.

The collaboration highlights 2GO’s commitment to expanding its reach through intermodal partnerships. By aligning with major land transport providers, the company aims to simplify the supply chain and improve the overall travel experience for Filipinos navigating inter-island routes. This synergy between the nation’s premier sea travel provider and the largest bus fleet operator marks a significant step toward a more integrated and efficient Philippine transport network.
