MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will bring rains to several parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the shear line would bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, and Rizal.
Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte due to the easterlies.
The Cordillera region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, Nueva Ecija, and Bulacan will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
The northeast monsoon will likewise bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, and Ilocos.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will be experienced over Luzon and the eastern section of the Visayas.
The rest of the archipelago will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
