Kota Kinabalu: About 300 children and their dependants in Sabah with history going back to the Migration Fund Board (MFB) in 1967 are looking to the new Pakatan Harapan (PH) Unity Government to resolve their stateless predicament.

They are the fourth generation of the original MFB workers sent by the Federal Government to help Sabah develop plantations in the East Coast, namely Beluran, Sandakan and Lahad Datu. They were brought in when Tun V. T. Sambanthan was the President of MIC.

Now their children lack any form of documentation and missing out on basic human rights despite being born and raised here in Sabah.
