Real Madrid chief Emilio Butragueno insists Gareth Bale is valued by management.
It's been suggested the two parties are preparing to part in the New Year.
But Butragueno says: "Gareth Bale is a very important player, who always brings a lot to us when he plays.
"The coach spoke a lot about this topic on Tuesday, so do not insist.
"Big games are coming up and we need everyone."
