Leicester City midfielder Adrien Silva is demanding greater respect from the Foxes and AS Monaco.
Silva has just completed a six month loan with Monaco, where he could yet sign permanently.
Indeed, the Portugal midfielder has been mentioned as a makeweight in a Leicester deal for Youri Tielemans - something which has upset Silva's minders.
A source told Foot Mercato: "Talking about him as a bargaining chip is a lack of respect for a recognised professional who had a major stake in the title of European Champion of Portugal just three years ago.
"We remain attentive to possible proposals. But we've had no contact with any club."
