MANILA, Philippines — Four persons, including a three-year-old child, died when fire broke out in a residential area in Pasay City on Friday.
Investigators said the fire broke out at 1 p.m. in Tengco street, Barangay 106 and 107 and spread to several households.
Residents claimed the fire started when an LPG tank exploded.The fire was raised to second alarm and was declared out at 4 p.m.
Investigators found the child and another victim hugging each other.
