THE former Prime Minister reaffirmed PN’s strong support for the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63), including Sabah’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement, describing it as a constitutional obligation of the federal government.

“Our position is clear, what is enshrined in the Constitution must be implemented. PN fully supports Sabah’s rights under MA63,” he said.

He reiterated that all PN component parties, Bersatu, PAS and Gerakan will contest under one symbol, reflecting unity and shared purpose.

“PAS is contesting only five seats. We work as one team under PN. What matters is not which party wins, but that PN wins for the people of Sabah.” Sabah PN Chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee, who is contesting in Sugut and Deputy Chairman Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin were tasked with identifying constituencies best suited for PN to contest after extensive ground studies and engagement with local communities.

Muhyiddin said PN remains open to post-election cooperation with other like-minded Sabah parties to form a stable and inclusive government.

“If we can work together, forming the next government will be easier and more effective,” he said.
