Kieran Tierney is set for an Arsenal debut against Manchester United on Monday night.

The former Celtic left-back was left out of the Gunners' Under-23 squad on Saturday afternoon, as they took on Liverpool Under-23s, says the Daily Express.

Tierney has been recovering from a double hernia operation, and is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season.

He did, however, make his Arsenal debut in midweek against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup.

Despite conceding 10 goals in six matches, Emery's side are currently in fourth place in the Premier League, having only lost one match, against Liverpool.

Their opponents on Monday, United, have had a more turbulent start to the season, having won only two of their opening six matches.
