Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is admitting that he is afraid of getting the sack.
The Argentine coach has built up a lot of credit at Spurs for their excellent results in recent seasons.
He has consistently gotten them into a Champions League position, while they reached the final of that competition last season.
But this term's poor form means that Pochettino could be in danger of losing his job. And he admits it is a possibility.
"If we don't improve our performances and results, what is going to be the result? It's always the same in football," said Pochettino to reporters after a 1-1 draw with Watford at home.
"I understand the business, I am 47.
"Why do you think I don't have white hair? Because I don't pay attention to any of this.
"I only pay attention to the fact that we need to improve our performances."
