Nuno is adamant Wolves will sign players before the August 8 transfer deadline.
The Black Country club have endured a slow summer, only making competing permanent deals for loan stars Raul Jimenez and Leander Dendoncker.
But the Portuguese feels confident the club will provide him with new arrivals.
He said: "We have time. We have to work and take the right decisions and do it, this is what we have to do. I'm totally confident.
"(Any delay) has to do with all the things that happen in the transfer window, there was Copa America, the African Cup of Nations, Under-20 World Cup, Under-21 European Championship, all these things have delay (impacts).
"The more expected aspect is the player has to be the right one, he has to have something different that we don't have that requires time, analysis, good decisions. This is the right way to do it."
