Italy U21 coach Paolo Nicolato has urged Everton striker Moise Kean to learn from his axing by Italy.
Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo was also dumped as "punishment" by Azzurri coach Roberto Mancini.
Nicolato said, These are talented players with great quality, but they too much respect the rules and reflect on their errors.
They need to go through the process, understand the profession must be approached in a certain way. Everyone makes mistakes, but the important thing is to learn from them.
