53 teachers plant 100 Kelat Paya trees

SIPITANG: A total of 53 teachers of SMK Padang Berempah (SMPB) including four representatives from the Sipitang District Forestry Department jointly planted Syzygium Myrtifolium (Kelat Paya) trees around the school compounds recently.

The activity was held in conjunction with the National Greening Programme campaign through the Sipitang District Level Planting Campaign of 100 million trees. A total of 100 trees donated by the Sipitang District Forestry Department were planted during the event.
