Leicester City defender James Justin is enjoying their preseason camp in France.
Justin - the first of three summer signings, including Ayoze Prez and Youri Tielemans - has found the experience to be invaluable as he continues to settle in with his new team-mates.
He told LCFCTV: "It's been a really productive week for me and all the other lads. We've got our hard work in since we've been here.
"On Monday, it was double and Tuesday was double, and yesterday we had an 11 vs. 11 on a full-size [pitch], which was our first [here].
"It's been really good to get the minutes into our legs and recovery today, although we did do a bit of gym work. It's good going into the rest of the week.
"It's key for team spirit too. We've been doing lots of work out here on building our team value and trying to create a team motto together. I feel like going away on pre-season trips like this, it only helps build the team spirit."
