Atletico Madrid chief Miguel Angel Gil Marin insists their complaint against Antoine Griezmann's move to Barcelona is no publicity stunt.
Atletico claim that the Blaugrana reached an agreement with the Frenchman before his release clause dropped from 200m to 120m.
"We filed a complaint with LaLiga and the RFEF, [but] we will not work on claiming the difference," Gil Marin told ESPN.
"We are now having conversations with the legal services, as we don't want to create unwanted damage between the two clubs and the complaint will continue its path.
"When there is a decision, we will say whether we will go to justice.
"I know that there is [evidence] because I have it, [but we will] let things go their way."
