West Ham United star Felipe Anderson believes they showed their true quality against Watford.

The Hammers emerged with a 3-1 win over the Hornets in the third game of their Premier League season.

Sebastien Haller got two goals and Mark Noble grabbed one from the penalty spot.

"I always talk about being accurate," Anderson said to the club's official website about the game.

"I talk about scoring the chances that we create and now we started to reflect that in the scoreboard. When that happens, it's easier to play more calmly and to display our qualities.

"Today we did it and, apart from five minutes where they managed to equalise, we played pretty well. We opened the scoring, which was essential, and then we were clever enough to make the most of that advantage even at the time when they equalised."
