Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC) is confident that Sabah’s economic growth rate will be five per cent or higher, considering the numerous initiatives rolled out by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Mohd Noor since he was sworn in on Sept 29, 2020, when Sabah’s economic growth was -7.8 per cent.

SEAC spokesman Datuk John Lo said the Government of Singapore had invited Hajiji to visit the island republic to establish Government-to-Government ties.

SEAC Chairman Tan Sri David Chu was in the city state to finalise arrangements for the visit.
