
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday announced that 6,438 out of 18,370 (35.05 percent) passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examinations (CELE) held last month.
Results were released five full working days after the exams.
The Top 10 are:
1. Rico Quiñones Elao - Cebu Technological University-Main; Marc Zeldrijk Valdez Pasumbal - Mapua University (94.10 percent)
2. Benedick Fabruada Molano - Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (92.65 percent)
3. Aina Samonte dela Cruz - Central Mindanao University (92.30 percent)
4. Joshua Latonero de los Reyes - Sorsogon State University (92 percent)
5. John Patrick Mijares Curata - National University-Manila (91.90 percent)
6. Sarah Marielle Solicar Aniñon - Cebu Technological University-Main; Vicente Richards Zabate Aprentado - Cebu Institute of Technology-University; Cyril Dale Muaña Chavez - Cebu Technological University-Danao; John Arvi Santos Marasigan - Bulacan State University-Malolos (91.75 percent)
7. Marold Ivan Rodriguez Belen - University of the Philippines-Los Baños; Gian Shin Miyazawa Ramos - Lyceum of the Philippines-Cavite (91.65 percent)
8. Seth Patrick Rosario Bacani - Cagayan State University-Tuguegarao (91.45 percent)
9. Cleo Glen Gratuito Barrera - Sorsogon State University; Lee Justin Pasadas Rondina - Eastern Visayas State University-Tacloban (91.40 percent)
10. Luke Seymour Tan Caseñas - Mapua Malayan Colleges Mindanao (91.25 percent)
The Civil Engineers Licensure Exams were held on March 26 and 27 at testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
