KENINGAU: Keningau is one of the districts with a drug problem that contributes to 60 per cent of addiction, said District Officer Neldin Gimbang here.
He said according to district National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK) reports, there are three high-risk areas (KBT) namely; Mukim Luagan, Patikang and Tuarid that are involved in reducing KBT.
“In the past year, Mukim Luagan reduced the KBT to green which was previously in the red category,” he said while officiating at the 34th District Malaysian Preventive Drug Association (Pemadam) Annual General Meeting, here, recently.
