Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde was happy with Frenkie de Jong's performance after victory over Eibar.
De Jong played a key part in the victory and was applauded off by the home fans when he was substituted.
"He's having a great start to the season," Valverde said about the midfielder.
"We've seen that he gives us a lot for the strength that he has, as much in attack as in defence.
"This is why the crowd recognised him."
