Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has seen the funny side of James Milner's alternative theory about why he was angry on the bench during Saturday's win over Burnley.
It has been suggested that Mane was furious because Mohamed Salah passed up the opportunity to play him in on goal shortly before he was substituted.
Milner posted a photo of himself and Mane on Instagram, with the caption: "Maybe I misread this, but I'm pretty sure Sadio was reacting to me not getting brought on #getmillyon #thanksmate."
Mane commented on the photo saying: "It's exactly what I been complaining".
Both Reds boss Jurgen Klopp and captain Jordan Henderson have played down the incident between the two strikers.
