Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko are set to leave Chelsea this month.
The pair were omitted from Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday.
It was the second time they had been overlooked by manager Frank Lampard this week.
Bakayoko spent last season on loan at AC Milan while Drinkwater did not make a single competitive appearance under Maurizio Sarri.
The Telegraph says Chelsea will reportedly listen to offers for the midfielders.
